40 Year old female who had aggressive family history and had prophylactic bilateral nipple sparring mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction. Pt had two stage procedure for breast reconstruction. Mentor tissue expanders and biologic tissue matrix was used for the first stage of the reconstruction. Pt requested to make breasts larger than they were prior to the mastectomy. After the skin was stretched permanent implants were placed.
